3.3. Cancellations: If you have made a reservation or prepaid for an event, cancellation policies may vary and will be stated at the time of booking. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification is required for age verification.

5. Health and Safety

Guests must comply with all applicable health, safety, and conduct regulations while on our premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, engages in disorderly conduct, or fails to comply with staff instructions.

10. Five Bucks Drinkery Rewards

  • Five Bucks Drinkery Rewards provides marketing and non-marketing text messages including specials, promotions, loyalty updates, important alerts, and customer notifications to users who opt in.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at 727-295-2018 or josh.connell@fivebucksdrinkery.com.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from us to you.

    • Marketing messages: Up to 4 messages per month
